Registration

Look for an email from events@aimhighevents.org within 3 days of completing web registration. This will include a payment link. Registration will be considered complete once payment is received.

Please be sure to have completed the events waiver before arriving.

Children must be between the ages 4-12 and potty trained.

Pick Up and Drop Off

After school hours are from 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

Drop Off

Drop off is at 3pm.

If your child attends Elmonica Elementary, you are able to add Aim High Events as a bus stop. To sign up for the school bus dropping your kiddo off:

1. Call Elmonica Elementary School (503) 356-2080
2. Request to "Add an Additional Address for the Afternoon"

(Recommended to do this 2 weeks before bus transportation is needed)

Pick Up

Pick-up may occur anytime before 6:30 PM. If someone else will be picking up your child from camp, please contact an Aim High Event Staff member to provide the necessary information.

What To Bring

While Aim High Events After School will have snacktime, we do not provide food. Please pack a snack for your child. Access to a fridge and microwave provided. Aim High Events is peanut free. Please do not bring any food containing peanuts.

What Not To Bring

• No outside toys or games
• No glass containers or products
• No peanuts, peanut butter, or other nut products
• No valuables. Aim High is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of a period's start date are eligible for an account credit for the full amount paid which can be applied towards any Aim High Events program. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a credit. Individual day cancellations will not be eligible for a credit.

Please note: Once a credit has been used, it cannot be reassigned, even in the case of illness or injury.
