Attention: Aim High Events now uses Sawyer to handle event registrations and process payments. On your first registration, you will need to create an account, enter in your and your child’s information, and sign off on Aim High Events policies. Subsequent registrations will save this information.

Policies
Registration
Aim High Events uses Sawyer to handle event registrations and process payments. On your first registration, you will need to create an account, enter in your and your child’s information, and sign off on Aim High Events policies. Subsequent registrations will save this information.

Children must be between the ages 4-12 and potty trained.
Pick Up and Drop Off
Camp runs daily from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Drop Off
Drop-off time is between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM at our Martial Arts building. Upon arrival, parents and guardians must come in to drop-off their children and make any necessary payments.
Pick Up
Pick-up is from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Extended time will include quiet table activities. If someone else will be picking up your child from camp, please contact an Aim High Event Staff member to provide the necessary information.
What To Bring
- Lunch and at least 2 snacks
- Access to a fridge and microwave provided
- Aim High Camps are peanut free. Please do not bring any food containing peanuts.
- Water Bottle
- Comfortable athletic clothing. We encourage packing a change of clothes for younger children.
You will receive an email one week before your scheduled camp date with additional information about your specific camp date.
What Not To Bring
- No outside toys or games
- No glass containers or products
- No peanuts, peanut butter, or other nut products
- No valuables. Aim High is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of a camp's start date are eligible for an account credit for the full amount paid which can be applied towards any Aim High Events camp. If a camp spans multiple days, the camp's start date is the first registerable day. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a credit. Individual day cancellations will not be eligible for a credit.
Please note: Once a credit has been used, it cannot be reassigned to another camp, even in the case of illness or injury.
