Meet the Team
Executive Director/Founder/Board Member
Aim High Academy of Martial Arts is the realization of Founder and Executive Director Dan Sikkens dream. As the academy grows, so does the dream. A 5th degree black belt under Master Tom Callos’s direction, Dan took his exceptional instructor and motivational skills and applied them toward creating a program to inspire others to travel with him along his own incredible journey in martial arts.
Doug has been with Aim High since 2011 and is currently serving as the Director of the Martial Arts program. Currently, he holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as a 3rd degree in the Fusion Program. Doug started martial arts in 2000 because he found himself being bullied at school. Outside of martial arts, Doug loves to ride motorcycles and spend time with his family.
