Dan Sikkens

Dan Sikkens founded Aim High in 2003 and has been the company's leader ever since. Dan has served as President of The Board since Aim High became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit back in 2009.

Doug Ownby

Doug began training at Aim High in 2011 and has since taken multiple leadership roles within the organization, including serving as Vice President of the Board.
