Training today started at 7:30 AM and went to 9:00. We warmed-up at the beginning of the lesson inside the building running laps around the big room. Then we did kickboxing with shin guards and gloves on. We did about a half hour of punching and kicking. Next was about 30 mins of different types of take downs on the other person to the ground. Finally, we traced the "NEXUS BLACK BELT TEST," by following the paper for example. L equals 20 squats. After that, we are done with the lesson and everyone is sweaty.
