Blog Title: My Shyness

Blog Entry: I have been shy for as long as I can remember, I get really nervous in front of people, and I choke. I have been working on getting better on this for the past couple of years, especially this year. This black belt experience has really opened my eyes up, I shouldn't care what people think about me.

Everyone is unique in their own way. If you're shy, you won't let other people get to know who you are in the inside, what your potential is, those are some very important things, that you should let other people get to see. If someone judges you, that's fine, you're being true to yourself, making yourself happy, that's all that really matters.

Also, if you get embarrassed, I've learned to laugh at myself. Embarrassing moments make really good stories, if you handle them the right way.

Be yourself and smile, let the world know who you truly are. Don't be shy, be witty, happy, help other people. Being shy can destruct things in your life, don't let that happen. Be the only thing you can be, YOU. I'm working on it, and when I look back to who I am now, and how shy and timid I was, I'll laugh about it.
