Yesterday's beach training was hard. It was unexpectedly hard to run through the sand, which was trying to push your feet down. That last "climbing up the dune part was a good idea, exercise, and view from the top! You might know that I have a fitbit, and I took it to special training. According to it, throughout the day of the training I took over 21,000 steps!!! The special training was hard, but I like the idea of having it on the beach. I got the fitbit recently, so I'm excited to wear it on another training, and compare the steps to the amount yesterday. I would recommend a fitbit to anyone looking to get motivated to move.
