Blog Title: What Lifestyle does a True Martial Artist Practice?
Blog Entry: This is a hard topic for a journal entry, but I will try to do it. A true martial artist’s lifestyle is one where he/she eats properly (five small meals per day, these things can be fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, berries, beans and water), is courteous to others, has a positive attitude, has empathy, has integrity, gives value to others, always gives 110%, and knows how to defend themselves and others.
If a martial artist does these things and tries to lead a good lifestyle, they will lead a good life.
