On Monday, March 21 we did really exhausting conditioning work. We would do 40 seconds of exercises like mountain climbers, burpees, jump squats, then 20 seconds of high knees, 20 times. By the end of the first part, I was absolutely exhausted. The second part was 50 seconds of leg exercises like lunges and 10 seconds of rest. The workout was intense and I really had to push myself to get to the end. All in all, I gained valuable experience.
