I know this is late, but last week's special training was very challenging but fun at the same time. We started off with running to a park where we did even more running. Since it had rained, the grass was slippery which made it a challenge. Once we ran back we did multiple obstacles that included weights, jump roping and many others. It was very difficult but i had a really fun time doing it with my group. The hardest part for me was when we want to see who could do the most sit-ups in five minutes, but we ended up going all the way to ten minutes, and i got the most with 390 sit-ups which made me very sore the next day. The training was a great experience and i'm ready for the next!
