All I have to say about the test is that I am really sore right now. That is basically the test in a nutshell. Not that it wasn't fun. We started out by doing cardio, and then we did forms for 30 minutes. Afterwards we did more cardio, and then had a 10 minute break. Then we did more cardio, and then ran laps outside, did some kickboxing outside, ran more laps, and went inside and did more cardio. Then we were don with the test. I did around 300 push ups while I was there, 200 sit ups, 150 squats, and 5 minutes of plank. I think you get the picture now.
