Special training was really fun. Except for the fact that I got up at 6:30 am. First we ran around the building twice. Then we did some forms, like working on the chambers, stances, all that. Then we worked on sticks such as blunt object defense and 9 count. Then we worked on kicking drills. Finally we capped it off with doing squats for five minutes straight.
