Well this special training was fun. We started off with running around the building complex, then came in and worked on kicking. Man, that kicking was a lot more exhausting than I thought it would be. Next, we did push-ups and squats, and then finished off with a nice kickboxing combo that left me doing 380 jabs, 60 crosses, and 60 hooks. If I had two words to describe black belt class and training, I would say “fun” and “strenuous.” KJN Jeremy then finished off by having Tracey talk to us about living on 1.25 a day, or 6.25 for the 5-day week.
