I just have to tell everyone how tickled I am with our team today! I am impressed with how hard everyone is working!
My thanks to BSBN Jonathon for the warm up jog/run routine, to SBN John for the kicking drill, and KJN Jeremy for the Kickboxing work with the slightly modified 5 minute workout(this is one of my favorites).
