It's been a day since the training. I had to wake up at 6:30 and eat breakfast fast and left at 7:05. But when I got there, I found out I forgot my running shoes. I took some heat for that, but I didn't know that I needed them. Fortunately mom got home and back in time for me to change. Thank you for that! At least I know that I need to bring my running gear next time.
Afterwards we did a small run around the building. Then we went inside and started training until 9:30. We mainly focused on kicking and kickboxing. Also, I need to start blogging more. I've been doing terrible on that.
