Woo! Good job to everyone at the power weekend! I still can't believe that Marius, Jordan, Harry and I broke the plank record. We held a 15 minute plank! Great job to the aforementioned people, all of which are under belts! The workout on Saturday was easier than I anticipated. Probably because I expected something like a 5k or 10k, and then, like 200 push ups, but it was still pretty hard, considering I had to sprint 230 yards (2.3 football fields), and do 20 burpees, 40 lunge switches, 50 mountain climbers, 60 push ups, and 80 squats, plus some areo-core workouts given to us by Master Null. And so like I said, it was still pretty strenuous. Also thanks to KJN for having me partner with the intermediate belts for sticks today. I learned stuff from them. And some of the green belts were better than I was when I became an advanced belt (in my sole opinion)! And because he had me sent over to the warrior jr.s, I got some pad holding training in, which was nice!
