Thoroughly enjoying the amped up 7:30 Monday and Wednesday training! The additional intensity and pushing harder is a good challenge for the body and bones. We ended the class with many roundhouse kicks this evening. I lost track of how many exactly we did. I wasnt sure how far we would go so I was pacing a bit. Definitely need to not save so much and trust that I can power through even when I'm tired! Mind over body.
