Hey y'all! I have started doing push-ups, sit-ups, and squats out of class. I do 100 - 200 a day outside of class, almost every day. Just do 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats, and repeat. :) I'm doing great with tracking. My recommendation is that the 1st degree testers have 50 acts by April 10th, the first power weekend. Then you have until June to get 50 more, until August to do 50 more, and until October to do 50 more. Then, by the time the main test comes 'round, you'll have all 200. I'm not having any trouble with the acts of kindness; however, it can get tricky trying to find different environmental acts to do. Well, keep up the stuff! At the time this was emailed to CGN Michael, there were only 13 days until the 1st power weekend. Keep training hard!
