I am having a bit of trouble training outside of class. I think that I need some motivation for two or three weeks, as well as staying away from youtube, and then it will start becoming a habit. Fortunately I am trying to train everyday, which will help in the long run. Even 25 push-ups 25 sit-ups 25 squats and a run around the neighborhood will help with my training and make me stronger.
