Training away from home So I am at a conference in Newport through Friday. And actually even though I miss being in class I find it easier sometimes to train away from home. Especially the cardio. When you are out on a run, or repping forms you can move at your own pace and work on the stuff that you really want to work on without anyone calling out drills or a workout plan. I don't know how it is for all of you but I suspect it is a little the same because I notice the enthusiasm in your photos on FB when you post your Saturday morning workouts or make up workouts. So keep training - alone, together, with popsicle sticks in the back seat of the car...whatever. Just keep in training. See you Saturday morning for fitness!
