Food and Discipline
Ouch. Two tough topics. When you are traveling and on vacation maintaining a strict diet and eating healthy is SO hard. Especially when you are not in control of the menu. I found myself trying to pick through each meal and find the things I knew were okay to eat, and cheating a little more often than I would like.
I know it didn't do well because now that I am home I can feel the changes when I eat my usual diet. Everything about your habits when you travel is off. You over eat and you end up eating at odd times. I would wake up hungry sometimes and others, not be hungry at the right time because I snack too much.
I just wanted to write this to everyone because I know most of the team has also been off on vacation during July and August. Did anyone else struggle with this as much as me?
