Last week I did conditioning with Taylor. It lasted for two hours and in the two hours I did a bunch of workouts that I have never done before. When we were doing stuff with weights I was given the 5lbs because that didn't push me hard enough next I was given the 10lbs. The 10lbs was really hard for me. I had to give it my all just to do a lunge and then lift the weight up on each hand. My stronger hand was my right hand and when I did on my left hand it was extremely difficult. During the workout I learned to push myself beyond my limits but not far enough to injure myself.
