CAIRN:

When we were packing to go on vacation a piece of paper fell out of one of our hiking books. On it was the lesson I prepared for the Dare to Dream Testers on conditioning day. Thought I would re share it with everyone:

Cairn is a Scottish word meaning Pile Of Rock. The Scottish had a tradition of bringing rocks up from the bottom of a hill to the top to mark burial sites, make mile markers or mark a less traveled trail. To build one you start with large rocks on the bottom and then others add smaller rocks each time they pass.

A Cairn is a symbol of a journey. Of a path less taken or marked due to its importance. So is your black belt journey. These blogs are like rocks - marking that path so that others might find their way.
