News Flash: Special Training Kicks our Behinds!
Whoa. Okay this is the most sore I have been in a LONG time. I am sore in places I did not even know I had muscles! Routine movements cause a wince or a groan....and I LOVE it! Does that make me a little bit crazy? I think so....thank you so much BSBN Brandy for the tough workout yesterday. Just the right length and just the right amount of sweat. Thanks to the support team Mom's for jumping in and doing the workout with us. For those you who missed it - here is a challenge to get the workout from Brandy and rep it out this week.
