Just got all my number up and I realized that this degree I have barely thought about the numbers like push ups and sit ups - they are super important but I had been focusing on cardio overall and improving my running times. I will need to catch up.
I really appreciated all my partners this week. I felt like I had two really good work outs and I love having BSBN John in class. His noises are the best plus his energy really gives me a lift.
Thanks to everyone Thursday night for doing Basai a bunch. While I was in Vegas I on purpose got off the machines in 15 minute increments and repped all the forms from Kumo through Basai. I am trying to overcome the nerves I feel on test day - when my heart is racing and feel myself speeding up - I know I am less accurate on the moves. So if I practice with my heart rate up it simulates test day and I think I will perform better. Maybe this will work for you too.
