I don't know about anyone else, but I had an awesome time at the camping trip! We worked hard, had fun, and got to know one another a lot more. On our first day,we played a game with the entire team (that showed up) called, "I love my Martial Artist." During this, we all found out that some of the things about ,other people did or had, and also learned about other members. Afterwords, all of us got into groups of 2 and got to know even MORE about them. At the end of the day, we all surrounded the fire and basically introduced our partners. My partner was Jae Jae, and I'm really glad I as partnered with her.
Then, came Sunday. We had our big 10 hour workout then . It started with some stretching, then we started up our 5 mile hike, up a mountain!! Also, not only had I never climbed a mountain or gone on such a long and steep hike, but I am also afraid of heights. The weird thing is, when I ever go on a ride at the fair at Oaks amusement Park and it goes up high, I never get scared. That's the thing I don't get. But, lucky for me, I had a guardian angel behind me. You all might know her as Taylor Williams. She helped me all the way up and down the trail. I am really glad that she decided to help me! Thank you Taylor!!!
We ended the class with forms, kickboxing, and sticks. The end of the day was the best part. Smores, skits, and fun entire night! I was really upset when we left. I didn't want to leave, but we did. I want to thank the parents, teachers, and teammates who came . You made my first Aim High camp-out the BEST!! I hope that you all had as much fun as I did!!
