For my Saturday morning training work out make up I warmed up by doing a 2 mile jog and 1/4 mile sprint. I then did suicides in the school yard behind my house. Inside I did 1 minute wall sit,50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 jumping jacks, 1 minute wall sit, and 1 minute plank 3 times. I also went over my binder to make sure I got everything done.
