Yesterday for special training we had the opportunity to run to a local school field to do our workout before running back. I noticed that by this training my muscles are ore conditions and I can push myself more and more each week. It feels great! I think that getting back into Saturday special trainings for testing has especially improved my stamina and endurance levels, which comes in really useful.
