Saturday morning training went great! However even though I
couldn’t participate as much as I’d like, to due to my swollen ankle, I still tried my best to be that cheerleader for the rest of the team! Plastic pom poms and all! Jessica gave our team the task to journal more or less about our physical health and state if it has gotten better throughout the phases or if it has gotten worse. I personally notice myself getting better at breathing and handling tough physical tasks even around the house! So I would totally say that YES my physical capabilities have been improving and are way better compared to my last black-belt test! Overall the only thing I would need to work on would be my breathing skills. I just seem to run out of breath far before my arms or legs get tired!
Plus I really want to thank my amazing ethos black belt
team for supporting me through my ankle problem! For example Taylor W. ( when I couldn’t do the Christmas tree activity ) stepped in and did partner push up with me. JJ, Kaitlin and Serena were full of energy cheering me on! Boy Sam and John L. were great supporters and gave me other tasks to accomplish! Again thanks for your positive energy and wonderful black-belt spirit <3 Yay!
