Controlling the way we behave is how state management relates to life as a whole. I think this because if you don't behave well in school, college or job you will be graded down or fired. If you don't behave well in front of people they won't want to be your friends, so you won't have a good social life. You can use state management in your life every day by controlling the way you think. For example if your mom tells you to clean your room instead of complaining you can change your mentality and be happy to clean your room. Another example are acts of kindness. You go to a park or somewhere like that, you should go with a mentality of leaving the place better than how you found it.
