Hey team today I'm going to write about state management. I know it's a bit late but here it is. State management can be used in everything we do. It relates to the workout we did on Saturday by us controlling the way we feel. Mind over matter, if you think you feel tired you will feel tired, if you think you feel strong, you will feel strong. State management relates to our Blackbelt test in lots of ways. I already described one so here are the others. Controlling the way you perform. If you feel tired at the end of your Blackbelt test and they ask you to do a form, you will make it look sharp.
