Lawnmowers: 53, 53, 45 Push-ups: 20, 20, 20 Sprints: I only know how to count in miles... (aka I lost count.) Box jumps: 40, 40, 40 Sit-ups: 32, 40, 40 Wall balls: 20, 20, 20 Burpees: 11, 15, 13
I stayed pretty consistent with my numbers in the workout, which was tough, as I was tired. I really had to focus, stay positive and push myself. I was definitely in that 'state management' mind zone.
You can apply state management in anything you do. If you go in with the attitude and/or mind set of, "I can't do this" or "I'm going to fail", then that's exactly what's going to happen. You already set yourself up for failure. You have to change how you think, feel, and perform. Stay positive, apply yourself and learn from your experiences.
