FS - Andrea Pearson - State Management and Saturday morning training

My results for the reps on Saturday morning were;

Running reps: 14,13,15

Lawn mowers/pushups:4,3,5

Wall ball/burpees:2,2,3

bench jumps/sit ups:3,4,5

To me and my life the definition of state management is like an everyday affirmation. I think it is very important to think of that when you are training, working, doing anything.

I interpret state management as think positive and do your best. thinking that gets me through my highest and lowest points, it keeps me going when I need it.
