State management relates to our workout because controlling the way
we feel during our workouts affects the outcome. If we think we are tired our bodies are going to be tired. For me if I stay focused in the workout I feel that I push myself farther. As long as I think positive I usually feel more energized and ready for more. State management relates to our black belt test because we need to be in control of ourselves at all times. State management to me is to always think positive then hopefully people around will act in a positive manner.
