Today's Numbers

Kettles: 40/40/40 Pushups - substitute planks 40/30/40 Running 14/15/14 Jump Box 20/16/18 Situps: 20/20/20 Ball:20/20/20 Burpees: 10/10/10

Today's workout was tough because I don't like to modify things when everyone else is doing the main exercise. But I used state management - and I just adjusted my attitude and then I felt positive again. I like working out with Sam. He keeps me motivated - even if he yells at me a lot. BSBN John
