Hey team the reason I havn't been able to go to class is that my back has been hurting lately so my doctor said it might do me some good to stay away from martial arts for two weeks. I didn't want to but she said it would be the only for my back to get some rest. I've been trying to keep up with my pushups and squats but no sit ups because apparently those are bad for my back. I will also try to make up far the special training I missed the other day. I've been resting for the past two weeks and my back has been feeling better so I will be able to go to class this Monday.
