Special Training was so fun yet intense yesterday! I was
really impressed that together as a team we finished a whole mile in ten minutes! I was so blown away with our time and our consistent pace and if we continue to stay together as a team like we did on Saturday we will be unstoppable!! So as for my food journal I've been trying so hard to remember to track everything that I eat in a day.... So I got this app for my ipod called Fooducate. It reminds me for every meal that I need to track! It's a super simple free app and at the top of your "e-journal" there's a search bar that allows you to type in any kind of food or food product. After you've found it you can then add it to your "e-journal" or "e-tracker". Pretty handy and cool app so Fooducate is totally worth checking out! J It's helped me remember to track my meals and stay on top of what I should eat and what I shouldn't be eating!
