Good job Ethos on the Phase 1 test!! Practice on those areas were you know you need to improve on, for me, that's sticks... lol. My numbers weren't where I wanted them to be, but I know that I can improve on them come Phase 2 fitness evaluation. Remember, when it comes to the numbers...you are competing against yourself, not your teammates. Don't give up form/technique to do better than someone else, you'll be the one that actually suffers. For me personally, I'd prefer to crank out 25 good push ups, than 50 bad ones cause I wanted to beat a teammates number. It's great to have goals, so shoot for that number come the next phase. word.
