The snow is just amazing!! So since Saturday morning black-belt
training has been canceled today, I decided to do most of my cardio outside in the snow for an extra workout and practice my focusing (ignoring the cold/discomfort and pushing myself in my exercises)!
I haven't seen snow like this in a long time!! It keeps on snowing and
snowing! Anyways here is my exercise plan to make up for the canceled black-belt training...
*IN THE SNOW* 150 squats 1 mile walk through snow 4 forms ( 2 of my dad's choice and 2 that I choose ) *INSIDE* 150 sit ups Run the stairs ( 20 times ) Hopefully this will help work out my core and help with my cardio!
Yay! Thankfully I have a great supporter (my dad) who will be doing most of this with me! And as for pictures I plan to take them and then stick them in my black-belt binder (I don't have a Facebook account).
